The practice, led by Bahar S. Tabatabaei and Laurence Holmes, focuses primarily on private residential and commercial projects. Our expertise spans various project types and scales, including private and developer-led housing, sensitive regeneration, and listed historic buildings. We operate as a flexible design studio, engaging in all project stages from initial concept to planning, technical design, and construction.

Bahar S.Tabatabaei  Founding Director | BSc Hons DipARCH ARB RIBA

Bahar Tabatabaei has 10 years professional experience of working on various residential and commercial projects in and around the UK. With specialist expertise in the renovation of conservation and heritage buildings, her architectural interests lie in re-imagining historic buildings with a sensitive yet contemporary touch. Bahar has gained extensive experience at some of the UK’s leading architectural practices, including award wining Chris Dyson Architects and Pierre D’vaoine Architects.

Laurence Holmes Founding Director | BA Hons DipARCH ARB

Laurence Holmes is an ARB registered Architect with over 10 years professional experience. During his time in practice he has acted as Senior Project Architect on the delivery of a mix of residential, mixed use, commercial and super prime residential projects for public and private sector clients. His professional interests also lie in the heritage and conservation of historic, period buildings and the on site problem-solving that is often associated with the renovation of old buildings.
